“FlightHub is proud to partner with WestJet and provide humanitarian support to the current crisis in Ukraine,” said Chris Cave, CEO of FlightHub Group. “We commend the work done by the GlobalMedic team and hope that transporting their members closer to the front lines of conflict will help them carry out their mission of providing critical support throughout the region.”
“We must continue to do our part to facilitate the delivery of essential emergency services, people and supplies to Ukraine and its citizens,” said Alexis von Hoensbroech, CEO of WestJet. “By partnering with FlightHub, we can ensure that the incredible team at GlobalMedic can continue their exemplary and lifesaving efforts to provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine and its citizens through the distribution of medical supplies, food and hygiene items to those evacuating the country.” WestJet Group announced additional measures to support humanitarian efforts in Ukraine in March 2022.
